A copy of the Gaited Registry papers and blood-typing card or DNA information must accompany this Application, along with a check or money order made out to I.P.W.H.R. at the above address, in the amount of Twenty Five Dollars  ($25.00). 
(blood-typing or DNA testing not required for Geldings) 

        Horses with Gaited Registration papers who have not been  (Blood-typed) in that Registry WILL be accepted into the I.P.W.H.R. and are eligible for all Registry Services.  A copy of their papers must be provided with this application, along with the Twenty Five Dollar ($25.00) fee.  Within  3 months of the receipt of this application and a copy of the horse's papers, DNA information must be received by the IPWHR on that horse, for inclusion in the horse's records.  .

        Horses without Gaited Registration papers but who's parents are Gaited Registered,  can supply IPWHR with a copy of both parents papers, along with the Twenty Five Dollar ($25.00) fee and within 3 months of the receipt of these papers the IPWHR must receive the results of the Blood testing/ DNA testing on this horse for inclusion in the horse's records.

1.       The I.P.W.H.R. is a non-member BREED REGISTRY.

2.       The I.P.W.H.R. is not a Horse Inspection Organization. (though NO Heavy Shod or Padded-Up (Big Lick) Horses will be registered.)

3.       The I.P.W.H.R. is not "affiliated" with any Horse Inspection Organization.

4.        Any owner of an IPWHR registered horse that receives an "upheld" HPA violation from an HIO or the USDA for scar rule, unilateral soring, foreign substance, etc. will have all business privileges with IPWHR suspended for one year from time of decision. Any owner of an IPWHR registered horse who receives an "upheld" HPA Violation ticket from an HIO or the USDA for bilateral soring, pressure shoeing, or repeated offenses will forfeit, FOR ALL TIME, the right to register foals, transfer ownership and/or conduct ANY further business with IPWHR. A new, non-related, "owner of Record" is eligible to re-apply for IPWHR Registration.  The IPWHR reserves the right to refuse Registration of any horse at the discretion of the BODY.  

The above-stated requirements for Registration are read and understood by the owner of the horse who affixes his/her signature below.
